Cancellation policy
Tickets are non-refundable. They can be transferred to a different date, pending availability — please make all requests at least 48 hours in advance to hello@glasgofarms.com.
If you can't make it, you're welcome to send a friend in your place — just let us know.
We require a minimum of 6 guests to run each event. If we don't reach the minimum, we'll reach out to reschedule or refund.
Weather policy
Rain or shine — we'll be prepared either way. If severe weather forces a cancellation, you'll receive a full refund.
Accessibility
Our farm sits on a hill, and the flower fields involve some uneven terrain. If you're unsteady on your feet or have mobility considerations, please reach out at hello@glasgofarms.com before booking — we'll work with you to find the best way to enjoy the space.
Parking
You'll park in a lot next to the flower farm. Staff will be on-site to direct you.
What should I wear?
Close-toed shoes, long pants, and socks.
Heads up: nature is buggy
We hate to break it to you, but there are bugs in nature — and we will be in nature. We recommend bringing your own bug spray, wearing close-toed shoes, and practicing all your favorite tick-related safety strategies.
